Our Coconut Roti Mix is designed for you — just add your favourite flour and make it your own. Made with coconut, this mix gives you fragrant delicious flatbreads that pair perfectly with butter and sambol, curry or a drizzle of honey.
This pack will make 8 rustic hand sized roti's — it’s your roti, your way.
We love it fresh off the pan, warm and golden, though a few of our regulars swear by freezing the dough so it’s ready whenever they fancy a quick fix.

How to Make It
Add 400g of your favourite flour — plain, wholemeal, or gluten-free — then empty in the roti mix. Add 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of neutral oil, then knead until it comes together into a soft dough. Divide into 8 equal balls, flatten gently with your palm, cook in a hot dry pan until golden, with little toasted spots on each side.
