Shopping List:
660g pork- any cut with some fat on it. 1 large onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2cm ginger, 1/2 a 400ml tin of coconut milk if you want a creamy curry.
Things you may already have:
2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 a lemon, 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, salt to taste.
