Allergens: Mustard Seeds

Shopping List:  200g of red lentils washed until the water runs clear. 1 small onion thinly sliced. 2 cloves of garlic grated. 2 green chillies- deseeded for mild heat or slit lengthways for extra heat. Tbsp oil. Salt to taste. 300 ml water & 200 ml hot water to dissolve the coconut milk powder in.
