Beetroot Curry Kit

Fresh beetroot julienned and cooked in coconut milk, resulting in a beautifully deep pink coloured sweet curry with a touch of spice. The result is a healthy, comforting curry that is vegan and gluten free. Serves 3-4

Coriander, cumin, cloves, cardamoms, nutmeg, fennel, peppercorn, curry leaves, pandan leaf, fenugreek, cinnamon, turmeric.
